-Nothing is locked at 60 FPS besides COD (Which looks god awful).  Even PC's with dual Titans sometimes dip below 60 FPS, and that is ok because it isn't noticable.

-Also reports of graphical downgrades?  LOL.  Just HaHahahahahahhahaha

-I knew someone would bring up the Killzone thing while completely ignoring the fact that it is doing things FAR more complex than Ryse ever does.  But it's ok enjoy your tech demo.

Not so funny anymore.

And I bring up KillZone because saying it is just 60FPS is wrong. At least you can stop trying to fail at being funny and see that I corrected him. You however begin to compare the games which I didn't do.

Nope still hilarious!  This is the website that gave Killzone 3 a 5/10.  Not only that but he didn't mention a downgrade once.

As for 60 FPS "Locked In"  :

Even the 360 version dropped to the low 40's several times.  I guess COD isn't 60 FPS then huh?

Xbox Go Home.

This was confirmed when the machine next to mine froze and the blurring could be seen on the static screen. The technical shine many will come here expecting at launch will have been saved for the single player campaign. It’s not unusual for multiplayer to take a hit in its graphical prowess to keep things running smooth. Here the focus was on maintaining a constant frame rate which did visibly dip at times.

Like I said. Don't say a game is 60FPS when the shit has framrate problems and constant dips. That goes for anyone.
