Yeah, you should read the article if you are going to use it as proof.  I did.  There is no hint, the article says and only says animation.  Nothing about poly count or even just the character alone.  Context is a big issue with me when someone makes a statement.  Either you stay in context or you have no proof of your claim besides an opinion.
