Japan - Wednesdays at 10 AM Japan Standard Time (If a hoilday then VC titles are released Thursday)
North America - Thursdays at 9 AM Pacific Time, 12 PM Eastern Time
PAL - Thursdays at 3 PM Central European Time and 3 - 11 PM in Australia
