Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if it was. And if it was, it would be on purpose.
The game makes fun of our culture, fun of stereotypes, fun of *everything* so much that I wouldn't be phased at all if this were true.
People need to take a step back and remember that the GTA games are built on all sorts of crazy shit.
