I agree. Pretty much spot on with the way I see it. A game that sold less than 2m on a userbase that was probably around 70m -80m at the time aint likely to do squat on a significantly smaller userbase. If the Bayonetta 2 was such a big deal the game would be on all platforms. Also there would be no talk of this being the last one... or so I think I read.
I find it hard to believe any not-to-distant upcoming third party wii u games will sell over 100k on what is basically a 2m or 3m userbase... probably a bit more by then. Not saying it is impossible but nothing points to this likely to happen.
What is really bad is that all the recent wii u releases surely are not making the developers their money back.
