I reckon it will be a PS4/Vita game, possibly with annoying mini-games between the 2
According to VCG, P4 Golden sold 500k physical copies on Vita.

That compares fairly well to 900k on PS2.
Given that Phantasy Star Nova is another SEGA game coming exclusively to Vita, don't rule out PS exclusivity because of this apparently cosy SEGA/Nintendo relationship.
I know there is a 90% chance that this is some stupid free to play browser game, but P4 Golden is one of the best games I have ever played, I want to believe I can get another game that good without having to dive backwards through the series history
