Wow. Have we ever witnessed a downgrade of a system like this that keeps that price at what its predeccesor is currently at?  It seems to either be, add something like size (3DS XL) or reduce things but make it cheaper (2DS).  For Sony to put out an inferior version and insist on holding $200 line seems odd.  Why Not keep OLED version at $250 and introduce LCD one at $200 to at least psychologically soften the blow?

I do not get it and really effects how I view purchasing the system someday.  I wondered before why anyone would boter with LCD version. Now I wonder why anyone will value it at $200.

To make it profitable/more profitable for Sony (although the battery life is longer)
