Oh my god, TOP?! I remember playing it when dejap translated the SNES-Rom! That Intro back then... For the younger users: I am talking about this one: http://dejap.eludevisibility.org/top.php
This is one of the best fan-translations along with some really good rom-hacking skills I have ever seen, if not the best (yes, that includes seiken3).
