| Michael-5 said: I'm making this thread just to express my frustration with Microsoft. This is my opinion, and it may be biased, but since I literally own every console, I feel it's legitimate. Console is broken (8x), I bought a separate extended warrenty from Best Buy, can't they just replace my broken console instead of you?
A lot of companies don't supply parts for discontinued products and I think it's unreasonable to blame them for something your dog did to be honest. I'm guessing this is because you forgot a password for the email you used to register your original account (or something like that). If that's the case you shouldn't be blaming them for something that is your fault. Windows Phone I can't use my paypal account, which is on my XBL account, and I've been on the phone for a solid hour and a half now now. All for Crimson Dragon for $0.99..... Your complaint should be with PayPal since it's their app that is causing the issue. It should also be a reason why you would want a Xbox One as the certification process for apps on Xbox consoles is notoriously stringent.
That's my rant.....while you're here, what next gen consoles are you buying? For me: So in summary any issues you had with Xbox 360 look extremely likely to be solved with Xbox One (except for your dog chewing on electronics which is on you).
I'm returning a PSV that I bought a week ago because of dark streaks on the screen whenever the screen is completely black. In fact issues with Vita OLED screens appears to be common based on Internet postings I've read so I'm not going to bother getting a replacement. That's not going to stop me from buying other Sony products in the future though as I judge each product on its own merits (I've owned a PSP for years and love it for example). |
