Good PR can lead to good communication between consumer and company. Communication is key in any industry, though I agree with your first part in all honesty I love the direction the Xbox One is going in. And as a consumer I am totally confused as to which box is for me.

No doubt.  Even the smartest people in the world need enough of a personality to work with other people.

But I would rather have the talent of Eva Cassity than be a 'why are they famous' celebrity if you have to choose either/or.
