What I got from this, basically, is that MS must have paid a truckload of money to delay the PS4 version of Titanfall.
Not saying they did... Just a hunch.

The fact EA came out and said that Battlefront and Titanfall are replacing Medal of Honor in their next gen shooter cycle I would say your hunch has a good chance at holding water.
