Now, a handheld game finally breaks the 91+ metacritic barrier... and all it had to do was be extremely violent, oversexed, and play like a console game.

Try to keep in mind though that the PSP was designed to play like a console on the go. The rating it's receiving are for it being a game, regardless of the platform, which to me is a good thing :) I always enjoyed the aestetics of the series though :) and the Violence is soooooo well done, not just another hack n' slash in my opinion ^_^
