Do you think Super Mario 3D World was originally called Super Mario HD world?

The name came from 3d land... But yeah there is no good reason for the same use for the Wii U edition.
"HD" does not sound good... They could name it "New Super Mario Land", " Super Mario 3D Land 2" or another random name eg "New Super Mario World", "Super Mario Country" ....
