I import all my games and never got retained at the customs, also, the 25$ dollar thing it's a "discount" if your item got stuck in customs (it's a discount for the 50% price-of-the-item fee)
Also that 300$ it's not true, at least I import way more than 300 per year and never got a problem.
That aside, it really sucks here, the Ps4 is 1k$ dollars and everything imported cost a lot.

Yo importo todos los juegos y nunca me los retuvo la aduana (conozco casos en donde los juegos "desaparecen" pero son muy pocos). Lo de los 25$ dolares es un descuento que te hacen si te retienen el item tuyo.
Por ultimo lo de los 300 dolares es falso, en un año me traje dos consolas y nunca tuve problemas, y eso sin contar los juegos y las miles de boludeces que compro en dealextreme :P
