how do you base that? Is through ranking sales? Also if it did, wtf happen with vita sales, it didn't move at all! Europe doing a tad better though

I use a highly scientific formula:

 

(No. of reviews on the PAL store + No. of reviews on the US PSN store) * 25

= 1981 * 25

= 49,525

For digital only titles, I multiply by 50.
