Point taken, I suppose. Sonic Generations pretty much only outsold Colors because the 3DS version was rather successful.

I would have never guessed Colors outsold the PS360 versions of Generations, especially since Generations seemed to get far more hype. I knew that Sonic has always had the biggest audience on Nintendo, but dang. This really drives the point home. Makes it seem even stupider that SEGA didn't get a version of Generations on Wii.

I think part of the reason for SEGA's sudden fondness for Nintendo these past few years is also do to the Mario and Sonic at the Olympics franchise. That has made SEGA a ton of profit every year. Before Generation and Colors, I used to joke and say that SEGA's biggest mascot is Mario.
