I'm not saying it would sell big time there, but it really couldn't do worse. These consoles need such games and it could help move some hardware. I think this game would fit best on Vita (since LBP Vita is the best one out there), if it was released on PS4 it would probably canibalise Knack, so wouldn't be that beneficial.

I don't see how Puppeteer woul sell ps4 ,game that not sold well would not move a console hardware

That's why I was talking mainly about Vita? Still, new console sells new IPs much better. It wouldn't help in the narrow launch window, but could help draw some more casual players 4-6 months after the launch, the ones that Knack it targeted at. Still, for me this looked like a perfect Vita game, since I play 2D games pretty much only on it, they just work much better there.

The last of us proove this is not true i think new IP should be release  2-3 years after the launch Uncharted was released in the launch of ps3 it dosn't had a big opening week but it had legs due to the growth of the install base and it's quality.

The Last of Us wasn't just a new IP. It was a new Naughty Dog game, it doesn't prove a thing. Look at Remember Me, Fuse, now Puppeteer and other very good new IPs that don't come from developers who are considered celebrities. It's a well known rule, start of a new gen is when you introduce new IPs, they almost all bomb at the end of a generation.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.
