Wii Mote/ 3D in 3DS/ Gamepad: Which was the most useless to you?

I loved the wii mote and wish the Wii U just upgraded on what we had there. I like the 3D in the 3DS, it's much like my phone's 3d (HTC EVO 3D), but I don't think it makes the system. I don't have a Wii U yet, so can't comment on the gamepad.
