They just don't see fit to invest much time and money in the Wii U versions cos of the small userbase.

I may be a fan, but I am also a bit of a pessimist, haha. I'll believe Ubisoft have changed their stripes when I see proof, until then I don't trust them.

So what's the bet, that you say Watchdogs will be technically better on Wii U compared to PS3/360, and I say it won't?

But you still don't have any evidence that they really are trying there hardest to botch the WII U version do you ? ^_^

what do you mean by change their stripes ?

Yeah that's what the bet is about. So you wanna go or not ? ;)

It's not that they're trying to botch it, it's that they're just not really trying to do the best possible. The evidence is that despite the system having more than  twice as much RAM and newer GPU features, Ubisoft's Wii U games don't feature higher resolution effects or improved textures, like quality ports like Need for Speed Most wanted U and Trine 2: Director's Cut do.

By change their stripes I mean start putting the amount of effort into their Wii U ports that Criterion and Frozenbyte did. That seems a bit nebulous for a bet though, there's no hard, definite terms of victory.

Funny how an EA game got on to the WII U eh ?

This time ubisoft is using a different engine compared to anvil for assassin's creed.

Cut them some slack this time, plus I'm pretty the case will be different this time with Watch_dogs considering the time and engine.

That's the thing I like about this bet because it will be unclear as to who the winner will be. So is that a yes or a no on it ?
