I'd pretty much bet money if Nintendo had to do it all over again, the Wii U design would be pretty different if they knew it was going to turn out like this.
The tablet controller would've been an accessory like the Balance Board almost assuredly, but for now there's not much they can do but ride this storm out and hope the sun comes out again.
