1185 a month. Even get to put plenty in savings considering none of the categories ever add to that much. 450 of the computer was funded by selling a laptop that was bought years ago. Games arent very expensive online. Go to the bars on special nights with like $1 drinks...etc.

Where you say I spend my money in more or less a dumb way...all my friends see me as an uber conservative person cause I budget and say no to them if I have no money left for the month.

$1185 a month is still more than $12k a year, and that is with your parents and the government subsidising your health insurance and education.  Also your rent is dirt cheap compared to much of the country, even with roommates.  I'm not sure which services fall under rent vs utilites for you, but regardless $325 minus water, nat gas, electricity, internet, and possibly cable means you are barely paying anything for the actual domicile.  Your auto insurance is also significantly cheaper than the average for your state.  Even with those factors, you have little to no headroom in the case of emergencies or unforseen expenses.  Your entertainment budget isn't enough to cover your deductible if you meet it, and that's before factoring in you might not be able to work due to this malady.

I didn't say that you spent your money in a dumb way.  It seems to work for your specific situation.  However what is foolish is to suggest that anyone can live on $12k while also spending a significant amount on unnecessary things without any sort of subsidies or safety net.
