Is socialism endan^gered in The United States?

The USA has been socialist since the 1930s,  its going no where.  Socialism works, regardless of some may say.  And I agree with the one poster.  Americans don't know what socialism really is.  

This pretty much sums up how stupid the American public is about Socialism
