A good boss knows when a customer is a dick and isn't worth caring about.

Even the head of HR at Little Caesars said this... just not in those words. He basically said that you aren't going to please everyone and for the ones that are being unreasonable you just basically have to tell them theres nothing you can do to satisfy them. He even told a story about a guest who he had to tell that Little Caesars didn't want their business anymore and never come back. Youre not going to fire an employee when the customer is harrassing people and being unreasonable.
