A manager, who represents that establishment and is supposed to lead by example should NEVER be making jokes at the expense of a customer.

Her sarcastic attitude alone should have her bumped from her position. It is incredibly unprofessional.

 

If you were at work does your boss have no issues if a customer walks in and you begin poking fun at them?


I've only ever worked one retail job and if a customer was a dick my boss had no issues if I made fun of them.

Making fun of the customer while they are present?

If so then my mind has been totally blown. O_o

At target one time a guest and I got into it because he called me a little shit and an ass hole for some reason. He went and told the manager and I even told the manager exactly what happened. The manager didn't do shit to me.
