One is launching in 7 European countries, as far as I know. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Majority means >50%, which means 7 would be >50% of countries in Europe, which means 100%<14

Like I said.... perhaps he should have clarified with important countries (markets). Countries with a few thousand inhabitants dont really constitute a discrete "market"

Just off the top of my head...
Russia - 144 mil (largest country in Europe)
Ukraine - 45 mil (second largest country in Europe)
Poland - 39 mil (9th largest country in Europe)
XO isn't coming not only to big, but also to the richest markets like Skandinavia, Switzerland (higher GDP per capita than in the US) or the Benelux.
So let's not ignore or downplay the markets MS is ignoring. They are destroying their chances of catching up to Sony in Europe right from the start, the only thing they have going for them is a FIFA exclusive mode, but that probably won't do much for them in the light of this.
