There were other people. LA is a huge city. Im sure their volume of customers that wanted gta were higher than the 3 or so registers they had (with one being taken away from an unruly customer) could keep up with. Yes, of a guest is like that and refuses to leave at that point tje best thing to do is advise them to someone who can help (corporate). If he still refuses to leave after you do that you think you should still spend your attention on him? No. being sarcastic is not fireable.
Her "other issues" (if she did get fired were probably reason for her termination. I doubt she would have been fired for this instance alone
