Only the obvious activision, ubisoft and ea titles of course, those being cod, bf, ac etc. Considering how well they perform on current gen, its a sure-fire bet that people interested in the next gen, seeing said popular games to be featured and specfically designed to complement the new hardware, will make the jump. IMO obviously.
Of course, if the ps4 launch were like the ps3 launch where lesser known titles and new IP's titles launched with the systems, then I wouldn't dare suggest 5 mil for the ps4 by the end of the FY.

The problem is my PS3 can already play COD, and AC and many other games that PS4 is toutting?
Why should I spend $500 to play one game, when I can play it for $60.

No one is forcing you lol. If you dont want the better next gen features of the console, graphics, games (There are some ps4 only games) then wait. Eventually ps3 support will cease.

I'm just pointing out that multiplat games, that are also available on 360/ps3 are not an incentive to jump ship to next gen.
