I wouldn't say all Sega games are exclusive to Nintendo consoles, but most of them, especially Sonic games will probably be Nintendo exclusive. Which mean Sonic is pretty much a second party character. 

Most of them, except: Persona, Yakuza, Football Manager, Company of Heroes, Total War and, heck, pretty much everything non-Sonic they make

Yeah pretty much, but who knows what will happen. I would like to see, more games collaboration with Nintendo and Sega.
