Alundra; Legend of Dragoon; Legend of Legaia; Rogue Galaxy; White Knight Chronicles; Wild ARMs.

And I believe Dark Cloud/Chronicle.  Because if that was in Level-5's hands, you could be sure there would be more than 2 games by now.

Alundra is not a JRPG.. it's an action/adventure series.
