I haven't purchased my 3DS yet, but I do own Fire Emblem and Tales of the Abyss already. Just looking for a sale now that the Black XL model is out. So this list is my top 10 of what I I think I would like.

Would you mind if I didn't count your ballot. No offense, but I'd like to focus on people who have owned a 3DS at some point.

I'm not sure....... I have played the top 4 games on my ballot, and I'm a huge Fire Emblem fan so I'm 99.9% sure that would be my favorite game ever.

Arguably, you should count them all. I've played other Paper Mario, Resident Evil, and Prof Layton games before. Actually, thinking back I have also played about 10 minutes of Resident Evil too. Zero Escape is suppose to be a sequel to 999, and Pushmo....well let's just say it's my type of game (I've played similar games before). So I'm pretty confident that this would make my top 10 when I do own my 3DS.

Also I already own Fire Emblem and Tales for 3DS . Just waiting on a 3DS XL sale
