Don't know whether there will be an official Sony stream, doubt it to be honest, but last year, there were like at least 4 different, independent, good quality streams, so there will be a lot of choice and backups this year for sure as well.

ohh i didnt mean that sony will stream it. but meant if there will be any stream of it at all. i looked on youtube for the 2011 VGA's life stream to see how TLoU was announced and see crowed reaction, but i couldnt find anything on youtube

Weird. Last year, from what I remember, I watched the official Spike TV stream, with IGN stream as backup, but there also was a Gamestop stream and many others. This year there surely be a Youtube live stream, since it seems to be a popular big thing on youtube nowadays. So yeah, there will be streams for sure.
