They are weak when looking at how long 7th gen lasted vs jump in performance...not when looking at objective 7th-6th vs 8th-7th jump.
Looking at PS4s price, if they were not so cautious of repeating PS3 price mistake, they could have easily put much better CPU/GPU combo for another $100, and be at the same price level as XOne, but with some additional 50% better performance than current PS4...I'm pretty sure most devs would love that (this would actually run SVOGI in UT4).
Anyway, believing that they are 10 years consoles is usual PR BS...if they don't release new consoles around 2018/19/20 they are both dead.
