I am a PSP owner myself and love it. People use sales as a reason to why it's games "suck" while I think quite a few of them are really good. But that's just me. What I want to take on is "the game sales are low, so the games suck" argument. Do people realize just how easy the PSP is to hack? The pandora battery has pretty much made it impossible for Sony to stop piracy on the PSP.
What's killing the PSP is piracy. The PSP isn't selling well while it's software sales are suffering because of it's features. I honestly believe a good chunk of PSP owners pirate the games they want. Look at the PC, extremely easy to pirate games on it and use them. The PSP isn't like the PS2 or other hacked consoles where you have to mod it physically to play pirated games....all it takes is a soft mod. No warranty is voided or anything. The PSP is kind of like the PC in the way of piracy.
The PSP isn't outselling the DS...but it is succeeding and doing well.
