I'm gonna change my predictions due to changes of current likelihood:

PS Vita (2D Handheld) = 25 million

Wii U = 120 million (max asymetrical gaming + 3D capable on pre-install firmware via custom made GPU)

 

Plus there's also the current outlook of Software which I mostly basing the sales on. But I base the software being and not being made, on what the systems can do.
