I don't get what's suppose to be wrong here.
The only thing that bothered me a little was the kid actually crying for joy like this over a game, but then again he's 11 and there's all sorts of context that could explain it.
Where I'm from it's never been an issue for kids to play any type of video game or watch any type of movie under parental supervision. I was 12 when I first put my hands on Kingpin: Life of Crime and started bashing people's skulls in and 13 when I was shooting off limbs in Soldier of Fortune. This is way past the age when I understood the difference between right and wrong and fiction and real life.
I thank my parents for my extremely open minded upbringing. Explain things properly to a child and they will understand very early on that the actions portrayed in certain video games or movies are not acceptable in real life.
