I seriously doubt we'll see HW numbers close to half a million. PSP didn't do that well and it's unlikely that MH4 will have a better first week than MH3P. You also have to consider the fact that MH3U did very well on the 3DS so a lot of MH fans already have 3DS's. HW around 275k would be my guess.
