If you wanted to be fair, you would have started at the PSX for consoles and PSP for portables. PSX/N64, PS2/Gamecube, PS3/Wii, PSP/DS, Vita/3DS. But you go ahead and cherry pick your numbers.

they are the most recent numbers. saying sony is the biggest because of ps and ps2 is the same as saying nintendo is the biggest because of nes and snes.
in the past gen, ds beat psp and wii beat ps3. now 3ds is beating vita and we are yet to see wii u vs ps4.
