I'm more interested in using it for UI navigation with both hand gestures and voice commands, snapping to Skype is gonna be sweet.
That said, Project Spark and Sports Rivals are the games that stand out to me. I know MS touted the whole thing from a games perspective with the first Kinect but I think we are at a point where more people will come to appreciate the UI shit. I still think that if it's in every box that there is potential for devs to come up with some really cool games but for me, the games will be a bonus.
I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.
