The consumers beef should be with the store that broke the street date. Perhaps they should let MS know what store did it.

My guess is the vast majority are getting it illegally.

If they are getting it illegally then I have no problem with action against them. But like I said above R* said no matter how they get it which makes me think they are directing that at people who got it legit. As for them telling MS which store, I agree. The store should be getting in trouble not the person who bought it. The person can also call a 800 number to report it too.
