I think the problem of GTAV not being on WiiU is the message behind it. If it's not on the WiiU, GTA6 won't be (It would'nt be either way, but the message is clearer now). And what else won't be? NO GTA we assume no MGS, no FF, no ME, no BF etc...etc....
GTA on WiiU would have helped delivering a message of third party support, no matter if true or not.
