I suggest they go with 720p 60fps and TressFX hair simulation. You hear me, KAMIYA?!? Make it happen. Talk with the fur guys at Retro for some pointers.
Anyways, I have seen it run at 60fps, and it looks incredibly sharp. For people whom have only seen youtube vids of Bayonetta 2 in action, i can tell you that you have no idea how good it really looks.
