Crash Team Racing or Mario Kart 64?

Which is better the worst Mario Kart ever or CTR, Mario Kart was so bad it became the only N64 game i regretted buying and i had some junk like the Castlevania game. Hardly played CTR and it didnt seem to good, better than MK64 thou.
