i think in the end both will look great. driveclub has it much easier to have a nice looking environment because it can use any street on this planet so that the developer will simply choose nice looking environments with many flowers and stuff (india will probably look awesome). they don't have to build the also in reality ugly looking laguna seca in their game and it will probably run with only 30fps so that there is much more power left for the graphics but forza has probably a bigger budget so that more people can work on the tracks in forza which will obviously help this game a lot.
