Might be part of the family, but it's not the same device. 2DS is still the same basic device as 3DS; it plays the same games and it's portable. Vita TV isn't portable and doesn't play all the games. It's more of a streaming service aching more of AppleTV than a portable gaming machine.

Umm wtf? Didnt realize having access to a massive libary of physical and digital games makes you a streaming service. Guess that makes PS360U more of a streaming service too right? PS Vita TV is an 8th gen home console that plays games from the Vita family libary, its as easy as that.

VitaTV has more in common with AppleTV and PS360 than it has with Vita. The only thing VitaTV and Vita has in common are the games - and not even ALL the games at that. I think your last sentence describe it pretty good; an 8th gen HOME console. Therefore, VitaTV shouldn't count to the Vita sales. HANDheld and HOME consoles are different things.

It is the Vita's hardware without the screen, it's more of a PORTABLE home console... It plays Vita games, it has the same hardware, the same tools, so it's a PS Vita! Only difference is it doesn't have a screen...

But most places you go there is a TV! I work at a hospital, there's a TV there, my friends have TV in their house, my parents have a TV in their house, when I go to my beach house there's a TV, when I go to a hotel there's a TV there... And to me it's more of a portable console then PS Vita and 3DS which don't even fit in my pockets...
