And can you tell me the difference between OLED and LCD (Sorry I'm kind of a noob in this ~-~).

TN is the type of LCD design that is most common but it has drawbacks in viewing angle (among other things) which is fixed with IPS designs.  It seems Anandtech was hoping the downgrade from OLED to LCD wouldn't drop all the way down to the lowest quality design of LCD.
