Many NFL fans will pay $299.00 for the DirecTV NFL Sunday ticket thing.  Even if they don't watch many games.  I know the exclusivity of NFL was a tremendous aid for helping DirecTV Grow.  http://www.directv.com/sports/nfl?lpos=Header:3 

That isn't anything they get to keep.  No hardware or anything.  The Xbox One doesn't seem that expensive by comparison.  Especially, after the game, let the kids play Zoo Tycoon while people go an armchair quarterback about the game.



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
