I'd say he's less talking about demonstrated demand than rampant demand due to "perceived value," most of which I can only assume comes from horsepower, but in a literal sense you are correct.

 

Edit: On re-read, this comes off as harsher towards Seece than I'd intended. You are correct: he did not say it is solely due to power, and my original comment was not directed at him.

I don't think it's anything to do with power really, Sony have hit it out of the ballpark in all areas (except launch line up and beyond so far).
