The very fact that they were going to show it at E3 tells me that and then they continued with saying that we might see something at this year's end. Maybe Fall Conference?

They always show us Zelda like 2 years before release... Or at least ONE year. Talking about home consoles here.

Link Between Two Worlds?

Twilight Princess might be a valid argument, but it still got delayed by god knows how much.

Skyward Swords was actually going to release in Spring 2011 and was unveiled 2010. That is about 3/4 of a year.

Then there is also the possibility of Zelda U being announced sometime this year.

Although after reading some interviews from Aounoma today, I'm actually thinking sometime in 2015. The biggest reasons for me are that they haven't decided on the story yet and that Aunoma will hopefully get a somewhat long vacation. It was quite sad reading how we misses his family and they are not happy about working late. It doesn't help that he gets alot of shit on the internet too.
