What sells Nintendo is well known and heavily marketed mascot characters. Sony does not care for mascot characters not do they heavily market them. They need to create characters that could become a household name, transfer them to the Vita and give the console new life. Jak and Daxter, Rachet and Clank should be on full Vita detail and no longer be a console franchise. Sony could get second party to make them.

Hahahaha.
I find this funny. And ironic.

In the early 90s it was all Sega does what Nintendon't.

Now in the 2010s it's all Sony do what Nintendo.

Hahahahahahahaha!

Don't worry about it. They already tried that routine.
Have you played PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale? LittleBigPlanet Karting?

Thats kind of the point, Sony has a lot of characters, but they have never hyped them as mascot characters. They just create a lot of games. Nintendo has a cohesive art style thats revolves around Disney-like characters. Unlike Nintendo it doesn't work when they are put into the same world. The art style would have to change.

Sony wants the party game sales featuring first party characters, but they need to create their own games and set their own standards. God of War Ascension's multiplayer should've been the multiplayer for PSABR. Now that would've been badass.

I used to game primarily on Nintendo, but ever since they lost Rare, their connection the gamers who are growing up is dwindling. I switched to Sony primarily in the PS2 and put Nintendo as the secondary. I dont need mascot characters to game (but its nice to have) just like I really have no need to go to Disney like I did when I was a child (even though it would be nice to take my kids there when I eventually have them).
