At first I thought this sounded great, but the more I thought about I changed my mind. If you don't already have a controller then you will have to pick up that $150 bundle. For that price or just a bit more you can pick up a PS3 which is more fully featured than this and has a better game library (PS3 software >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Vita software).
Sony would've been more consumer friendly had they just added hdmi/tv out to the Vita itself, like they did when moving from the psp 1000 to the 2000. They just released a new Vita at the same pricepoint as the old one and still left out that feature.
